Processing connected to this website takes place in the operative office of F@ctory s.r.l. and is only handled by technical personnel assigned to do so. In case of need, data connected to the newsletter service can be processed by personnel maintaining the technological part of the website, Interconsult S.r.l. (data processor pursuant to article 29 of the personal data protection Code), in its offices.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Computer systems and software procedures operating this website acquire, during normal operations, certain personal data transferred implicitly when using Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified parties. However, it could enable user identification, due to its specific nature and through processing and association with data held by third parties.
